Babson Survival Guide Part 10: The Office of Campus Life (OCL)
OCL ruined my campus life. OCL is, in my humble opinion, the most poorly run office on campus. Some people there are helpful, but some are horrible. I won't name any names, but just ask around or read the blog.
OCL is in charge of campus events, housing, and maybe other stuff. They work with the RAs and organizations like CAB and SGA. I'm not sure if they do a good job at anything though. Just read through the rest of this site and you'll find numerous horror stories. This site was started due to a problem with OCL, so we really don't like them here.
There's not much to say here, except this warning: avoid OCL at all costs!
If you have a problem, you could take it up with OCL, but good luck getting any help. You should get in touch with Student Affairs and see if anyone helps there, and then you could just email the president of the school after that. I'm sure he gets paid enough out of your tuition dollars that you deserve his help.
