Babson Housing Guide: Park Manor North
Park Manor North is one side of the "quad" and houses only freshmen.
Most rooms are doubles, although there are some triples at the ends of the third floor.
It was deemed a "substance-free" living area, but it is very unlikely to turn out that way. It is just as typical as any other college dorm.
There isn't really a lounge, but there is a small, empty room in the basement. The basement also houses the Foc'sle, which is like a mini movie theatre.
Close to Publishers Hall.
Co-ed dorm, but floors are same-sex. One bathroom per floor. One laundry closet per floor (one washer and one dryer.)
