Babson's Employees Are Pissed Off Just Like The Students
As much as I hate Babson as a student, I feel for some of the staff members. They have to carry out the stupid bullshit that Babson's top management wants. It probably sucks balls to have to work at Babson. But don't take my word for it...
I found a neat site called JobVent. It's a place where employees can anonymously voice their complaints. Oddly enough, there are only two review of Babson. But they are spot on!

Working for a company that does not respect you shall we say stinks. They over look everything you do and question why you did the right thing. They set up policies but dont want you to follow them.

Babson College's purported mission is to be the #1 business school in the nation. Interesting, considering that they have underpaid, overworked staff to prop up over-paid, under-managed faculty. The college has gone three years without any significant pay raises while it's located in one of the wealthiest areas in MA! The students are richer than faculty and staff combined. Benefits are unreliable, co-workers tend to pass the buck, and faculty get away with anything because they're our ticket to #1. For a business school, Babson must be the most mis-managed private college in the country!
I couldn't have said it better myself! Proof of the convoluted management! I especially love the last line, "For a business school, Babson must be the most mis-managed private college in the country!"
Now I encourage any Babson employees reading this to go complain too!
